About Us
The SalSa Film Festival was founded by Sahar Darvish and Salman Vakili, out of a shared passion for visual storytelling and dialogue-free cinema. Driven by the conviction that images can say more than words, they created SalSa as an international platform where films convey emotions, ideas and human experiences directly and universally – across linguistic and cultural borders.
